Our Story
Western Area Trading and Contracting W.L.L. was first established in 1973, and began full-scale operations in 1976 with the help of other family members. We began as a small workshop which specialized in small time carpentry, building constructions and welding works has now expanded into a conglomerate, which has successfully incorporated two other companies- Gulf Refractories and Insulation Company (GRICO) and Industrial Experience (INDEX) by 2002 in order to expand our services and to further nurture our client needs.
What We Do
With a warehouse spread out over and area of 2000 sq.ft, we house some of the largest choices of various refractory materials, insulation materials, civil construction work etc. Our success in construction and trading has let us to venture into real estate and training industry.
Our technical team consists of adept brick layers, carpenters, insulators, asbestos craftsmen and other refractory construction equipment. We take care of both the technical works and project management in order to have an orderly completion of the projects on time. We also take care of relining and repair works on existing building enterprises. We also deal with installation and servicing with ceramic materials, abrasive products, marine products, military grade repairs for ships etc.
